J Keenan Brown Ph.D.

President and Director of R&D

As President, Keenan oversees the leadership team in the development and execution of the strategy and vision of MindwaysCT. His focus is on developing innovative products that meet and exceed the unmet of customers who want more information from their CT scanners. Keenan also heads the scientific and technical activities and was responsible for the development of MindwaysCT QCT Pro™ product suite and third generation solid phantoms. Keenan is a physical chemist by training with an extensive background in computational modeling and numerical methods. He has over 15 years of business leadership experience.

Alan Brett Ph.D.

VP Business Development

Alan is responsible for developing and delivering sales & marketing objectives and plans as well as leading strategic product development activities. Alan brings to Mindways over 12 years of experience in the growth and development of imaging medical device companies.  He has a scientific and technical background in applied radiation physics and in computer vision and medical image analysis related to musculoskeletal diseases. Alan has various publications in the field and is the author of several patents related to his area of expertise.

Dr. (Eng.) Wolfram Timm

VP Scientific and Engineering Services

Wolfram is responsible for developing the bridge between science and engineering applied to our quantitative CT imaging technologies. With a scientific and technical background, Wolfram brings over 13 years of experience in developing and implementing medical image processing and visualization solutions; and more than two decades of software engineering experience in the development of numerical analysis software. Wolfram also has extensive experience in the planning, management and conduct of pharmaceutical clinical trials, and heads MindwaysCT European scientific and technical support from our offices in Germany.
